Have questions?
1. Rioiz — What services does Rioiz provide?
Rioiz brings together domains, DNS, hosting, email, SSL, and related infrastructure services in one account—with unified billing and support so you can provision and manage workloads without juggling multiple vendors.
2. Rioiz — How do I contact support?
Use the Contact page or open a ticket from your customer panel. Include your domain or service ID, the time the issue started, and any error messages or screenshots—this helps us route and resolve requests faster.
3. Rioiz — Can I change my plan later?
Yes. You can move between eligible tiers where product rules allow. Upgrades typically apply immediately; downgrades may align to your next renewal depending on the product. Check your cart or ask billing for proration details.
4. Rioiz — Where do I find invoices and receipts?
Signed-in customers can download invoices and payment receipts from the billing area of the panel. Enable email notifications in account settings if you want copies sent automatically after each charge.
5. Rioiz — How does domain registration work?
Search for an available name, add it to your cart, and complete checkout. Registration length and renewal policy follow the registry’s rules. WHOIS privacy and DNS defaults can be adjusted after activation.
6. Rioiz — Which payment methods are accepted?
Supported methods depend on your region and product—common options include major cards and bank-backed rails shown at checkout. If a method is unavailable, try another currency or contact billing for alternatives.
7. Rioiz — Why do DNS updates take time to appear?
DNS is cached globally by resolvers according to TTL values on your records. Lower TTLs before a planned change can speed propagation; after stabilization you can raise TTL again to reduce lookup volume.
8. Rioiz — Can I enable two-factor authentication (2FA)?
Where the platform exposes security settings, enable MFA on privileged accounts—especially those with DNS, billing, or server access. Store recovery codes offline in case your authenticator device is lost.
9. Rioiz — What if an automatic renewal fails?
We retry according to registry and payment-provider rules. Update your payment method early and ensure renewal reminders reach an inbox you monitor. Some products enter a grace or redemption period—see your notices for deadlines.
10. Rioiz — How do I transfer a domain to Rioiz?
Unlock the domain at your current registrar, obtain the auth/EPP code, then start the transfer in our flow using an identical spelling of the hostname. Avoid DNS-dependent moves mid-email migration without planning MX and SPF updates.
